You must fill out this form no later than two weeks before your event (one month for international events).

You will receive the following standard event supplies:

• Name tags, pens, and wristbands for check-in
• Awards, award stickers, and judging info-sheets
• Signs
• Stickers to give to attendees
• ID badges

Sponsor stretch goal supplies

If you raised more than your event’s sponsorship minimum, we will also send you:

• $100 above minimum: Trophies
• $350 above minimum: CodeDay volunteer shirts
• $10 * [expected yearly students]: Everyone gets a CodeDay t-shirt
