Questionnaire Brainstorm

• We want to stress that the submission or content of the Scholarship application will not have any bearing on whether or not you are accepted into the CodeDay Labs program. In order to fund the CodeDay Labs program, we need donations from students in the beginner track. We are making scholarships available and prefer to offer them to students that need them due to extraneous financial circumstance. Please confirm understanding of this by selecting the following checkbox.
• Can you please tell us a little about your background in up to 250 words? This will help us determine if you are fit for a scholarship.
• Do you or will you have any other responsibilities currently or during the CodeDay Labs program? Examples could include chores, taking care of siblings, or other jobs.
• If you are under the age of 18, please obtain approval from your parents for the following statement: I am requesting a scholarship for the CodeDay Labs program as need-based financial aid.
