The planning period is where the real work of Virtual CodeDay starts. We look over all our brainstorming and determine core goals we need to meet with the upcoming event.

Tasks that need to happen during this period:

• [ ] What community events will we be running?
• [ ] Event theme
• [ ] Volunteer tasks and hierarchy*
• [ ] Identify software needs, communicate with engineering team on how these can be accomplished
