As a mentor in CodeDay Labs, we ask that you host:

• 1-weekly review/standup/progress meeting with your entire team (2 for summer program)
• 1-2 shorter one-on-one calls with each student

There is no required schedule for exactly when you host these meetings; you can fit them in with your schedule however you see fit. For the meetings, you may also use whichever platform you feel most comfortable using — we recommend Google Meet.

Scheduling Meetings

You can make your life a lot easier by establishing a recurring schedule for these meetings across all four weeks of the program.

A great tool for setting this up is When2meet (free). You can suggest a few times that work for you, and have students pick all the times that work for them, then see a schedule that works for everyone.
